Fifteen students from the International Project Management programme at Rovaniemi University of Applied Science visited the Barents institute in February. The visit was a part of a study-trip to Murmansk via northeastern Norway. The students were informed about cross boarder cooperation projects in the Barents region, and got an introduction about Norwegian – Russian cooperation.
